Wairimu is an Analyst at TLcom Capital LLP based in Nairobi.

Her role encompasses managing deal flow pipeline, supporting due diligence and portfolio support. Prior to TLcom, Wairimu held the position of Investment Fellow, concentrating on the SSA and MEN) market at Capria Ventures. In this capacity, she managed pipelines and portfolios for VC funds and portfolio, conducting due diligence and providing support to portfolio funds and companies.

Prior to this, she served as a management consultant, specializing in the financial services sector at Genesis Analytics, a global African economics consulting firm engaging in projects across 7 SSA countries - she notably contributed to Series B Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) initiatives for Tyme Bank and Ukheshe. Wairimu holds an Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from Strathmore University where she graduated with a First Class Honors. She has also completed her CFA Level I exam and is an alumni of Included VC and Venture for Africa.
