Shamona is the Finance Director of TLcom Capital LLP, responsible for regulatory compliance, financial control, management and reporting, in line with AVCA and EVCA guidelines, UK GAAP and FCA requirements.

Prior to joining TLcom, she worked for over 13 years in Johannesburg and Durban in South Africa in a number of investment and financial management positions, including Financial Manager at Fieldstone Africa, Senior Accounting Specialist at Vodacom, Project Manager at Hollard, Management Accountant at Investec and Audit Manager in the Financial Institution Services Team at Deloitte & Touche.

Shamona graduated with Honors in Financial Accounting from University of Natal, and is a Chartered Accountant.
