Philippe is a Senior Associate at TLcom Capital LLP, based in Nairobi. 

He is a member of the TLcom investment team, focusing on deal flow generation, investment execution and portfolio management.

Prior to joining TLcom, Philippe held various investment roles in the Africa technology ecosystem, including Venture Partner at P1 Ventures and Summer Associate at Quona Capital. He has previously led strategic initiatives at ALX in Nairobi, a career accelerator for young technology professionals. Philippe started his career as a Management Consultant at Deloitte in Washington, DC, where he helped launch an entrepreneurial incubator and advised multinational organizations on large scale technology implementation projects across the US and Africa. 

Philippe holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in International Development from University of Virginia.
