Philippe is a Senior Associate at TLcom Capital, based in Nairobi. He contributes to the firm's investment activity across deal sourcing, due diligence and execution, and supports portfolio companies on value generation.

Before TLcom, Philippe held investment roles in the Africa technology ecosystem, including Venture Partner at P1 Ventures and Summer Associate at Quona Capital. He previously led strategic initiatives at ALX in Nairobi. Philippe started his career as a Management Consultant at Deloitte in Washington, DC, where he helped launch an entrepreneurial incubator and advised multinational organizations on large scale technology implementation projects across the US and Africa.

Philippe holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s degree in International Development from University of Virginia.
