Francesca is Director of Operations at TLcom Capital LLP.

She joined the firm at its inception in 1999, and has played a pivotal role in TLcom’s operational success since then, taking on various roles including Office Manager and Office Administrator. Previously, she worked at Bain & Company.

Francesca holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Rome University, and speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish and Swedish.
