Daisy is Director of Portfolio and Strategy at TLcom Capital LLP, based in Nairobi.

She is a member of the management team and leads a set of strategic activities including portfolio support, ESG, marketing and fundraising.

Daisy was previously Chief of Staff at Twiga Foods Ltd where she contributed to strategic planning, operations and leading critical projects across fundraising, logistics optimization and market expansion. She joined Twiga as part of the team that set up the company's financial planning and analysis team.

Before Twiga, Daisy worked at ARCH Emerging Capital Partners, where she was instrumental in setting up the fund and steering its strategic direction, particularly in energy and cold chain logistics solutions. She previously worked at Centum Investment Plc where she oversaw setup and fundraising of a $200 million fund, participated in sell side and buy side transactions, and was part of a team that managed a $250 million AuM portfolio of investments.
