Daisy is Director of Portfolio and Strategy at TLcom Capital, based in Nairobi.

She is a member of the management team and leads a set of strategic activities including portfolio support, ESG, marketing and fundraising.

Before TLcom, Daisy helped establish the first FP&A function at Twiga Foods and later served as Chief of Staff, leading initiatives in fundraising, logistics optimisation and market expansion. At ARCH Emerging Capital Partners, she played a key role in fund formation and strategy, focusing on energy and cold chain logistics solutions. Previously, Daisy participated in sell-side and buy-side corporate finance transactions at Centum Investment Plc, where she oversaw fund formation, successfully led a $200 million fundraising effort and contributed to the management of a $250 million AuM portfolio.

Daisy holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Statistics from University of Nairobi. She has also completed the Oxford Women Leadership Development Program at Saïd Business School and is a CFA Level II candidate.
