Eloho is a Partner at TLcom Capital, based in Lagos. She represents the firm on the boards of HUB2, Illa and Talstack.

Before TLcom, Eloho was Managing Director & CEO of Endeavor Nigeria, where she launched Endeavor Global’s franchise in the country, building West Africa’s largest entrepreneurial support organization for high-growth technology companies at the scale-up stage. Previously, she was a VP at General Atlantic and Head of Corporate Development at First Bank of Nigeria.

In 2017, Eloho conceptualized, designed, and implemented Lagos Innovates, a first-of-its-kind portfolio of startup support programs, on behalf of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund. She began her career in investment banking with ING and then Credit Suisse, participating in M&A and capital-raising transactions for clients in the FMCG and telecoms sectors in the UK, Europe, and Nigeria.

Eloho is co-founder of FirstCheck Africa, a female-focused pre-seed fund, and serves as an Endeavor Mentor in Nigeria.

She holds an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
